WHAT WE DO

Cloud & Gaming Infrastructure

Build and operate the foundations behind digital products and live gaming experiences. We help teams move from a working server or application to a system with clear deployment, access, recovery, monitoring, and ownership.

WHO THIS IS FOR

Infrastructure that matches the experience you run.

A growing product team, game studio, tournament operator, or community organization may need different infrastructure. We begin with the workload, player or customer experience, and the team that will operate it.

Cloud & platform engineering

For SaaS and digital product teams: cloud environments, deployment paths, application backends, integrations, access controls, observability, and cost visibility.

Gaming infrastructure & live operations

For gaming teams: game server environments, updates, backups and recovery, monitoring, player-facing integrations, and operational handover. We scope capacity, latency, and session requirements for each game rather than assuming one hosting pattern fits all.

PRACTICAL ENTRY POINTS

Start with the workload and its operating risks.

Assess

Review the existing environment, traffic and regional needs, access, recovery, monitoring, cost, and who responds when something fails. Leave with a prioritized architecture and operating plan.

Build or improve

Set up or harden one production environment, including deployment, security boundaries, backups, alerts, and a runbook appropriate to the agreed scope.

Operate and hand over

Agree on monitoring, maintenance, incident ownership, support coverage, and cost review. Ongoing support and response commitments are defined per engagement.

WORK WE CAN POINT TO

Built within our own ecosystem.

Our cloud work sits alongside product and community systems, with support scoped to the operating need.

Operated environment

Minecraft server on Google Cloud

We set up our own Minecraft server on GCP. This hands-on experience informs game server deployment, recovery, and operating plans that we scope for each environment.

Internal product infrastructure

Fractal KX products on GCP and AWS

We use Google Cloud and AWS for other Fractal KX products, connecting infrastructure decisions to the applications, identities, and workflows they support. These platform names describe our use and do not imply Google Cloud or AWS partner status.

NEXT STEP

Tell us what needs to stay live.

Share the product or game environment, expected usage, current cloud setup, and the operating problem. We will scope a practical next step and define support responsibilities together.
