FLAGSHIP 01

Your community is talking. Your CRM is deaf.

Every day your Discord, Slack, and forums generate buying intent, churn signals, and product truth. None of it reaches the systems that run your business.

WHAT WE'D ACTUALLY BUILD

In plain terms: we read your Discord or Slack, work out which customer is speaking, decide whether it is a buying signal, a churn risk, or a bug, and write that into your CRM or ticket queue automatically, with a person able to review anything the system is unsure about.

THE PROBLEM

Why this is broken today

Community platforms were never built to talk to revenue systems. The intent is real; the pipeline to act on it does not exist.

Your community platform holds more product truth than your CRM notes
Churn was visible in a thread weeks before it showed in the numbers
Nobody can answer which community members are also paying accounts

A community-native business treats conversation as a first-class business input. Membership, intent, and sentiment resolve to the same identities your revenue systems already track, and automated workflows act on them within hours instead of quarters.

Community as a support cost centre

Community as a revenue signal source

Anonymous handles

Resolved identities across CRM and product

Weekly digests nobody reads

Routed signals with owners and SLAs

Sentiment dashboards

Scored intent with confidence and review loops

WHY THERE'S NO TOOL FOR THIS

The software category that used to solve this has left the building.

As of 2026, a mid-market community-led business can no longer subscribe its way out of this problem. The tools you would have bought three years ago have consolidated, moved upmarket, or shut down, which is exactly why we build the connection instead of reselling one.

Orbit.love

Wound down its hosted community-signal product in 2022 after the team was acquired by Postman. The category's original tool is no longer buyable.

Commsor

Moved from community signals into warm-intro and referral software, then was acquired by The Swarm in July 2026, with the Commsor products being wound down.

Common Room

Repositioned as an enterprise AI GTM platform priced for large RevOps teams, and in July 2026 Zoom announced its acquisition to fold it into a revenue platform, further out of reach for a 10–200 person business.

What's left

A fixed-price build on the systems you already own, with the identity graph and routing logic as your asset rather than a vendor's.
