WHAT WE DO

Product & AI Engineering

Build bespoke applications, integrations, and reliable workflows, with AI where it serves the business need.

BESPOKE ENGINEERING

Build around the way your business works.

Customer portals, employee applications, CRM integrations, and rules-based workflows are valid outcomes in their own right. We scope the experience, data, and operating needs before deciding whether AI belongs in the system.

RECOGNIZABLE PROBLEMS

Where the work begins.

Customers and employees may need an experience that combines conversation, voice, visual context, documents, and business data instead of forcing them through the underlying CRM or application interface.

Identity, data, and business rules are fragmented across platforms.

A product concept needs an accountable path from prototype to live operation.

MULTIMODAL EXPERIENCES

Use the modality that fits the work.

AI-native and multimodal product experiences can combine the context the workflow needs. Multimodal does not mean using every input at once. It means combining the forms of context that make the experience more natural and useful.

Field assistance

Combine camera or image context, voice, and asset history to guide the next step.

Video intelligence

Turn recorded activity into important moments, structured evidence, and follow-up actions.

Document workflows

Combine working documents with business records and approved actions.

Employee workspaces

Bring conversation, CRM context, documents, and workflow actions into one interaction.

OUR APPROACH

Engineering follows a justified build decision.

If the requirement can be met through an existing licensed capability or a simpler integration, custom engineering should not be the default.

01

Design the experience and the system contracts behind it.

02

Build portals, apps, integrations, and agent interfaces around trusted records.

03

Test permissions, reliability, adoption, and operating ownership.

A POSSIBLE FIRST SCOPE

Put a useful interface where the work happens.

For example, a customer or team portal can show the right status and actions without moving the underlying record out of CRM or service systems. We define the experience, API and identity boundaries, working build, tests, and handover.

CLOUD & INFRASTRUCTURE ENGINEERING

The working system needs a dependable place to run.

We scope cloud environments, deployment, access, monitoring, recovery, and cost alongside the product. For gaming teams, that can include game servers and the connected player systems around them.

Our Fractal KX portfolio products provide examples across identity and credentials, learning pathways, community competition, and customer operations. They are product evidence, not external client results.

DELIVERY PRINCIPLE

Human ownership. Agreed technology boundaries.

Every engagement has a named principal responsible for scope, architecture, and delivery. We agree how AI may be used during development and where it belongs in the finished system.

Clients can specify restrictions on tools, data access, and AI-generated work. The delivery plan reflects those requirements. Human review, documented architecture decisions, and agreed release checks support practical handover and ongoing ownership.

AI-assisted development and an AI-powered product are separate decisions. A conventional application can be the right answer, and tool restrictions are agreed before work begins.
